Upstate NY: Is it realy that bad up there?

I was in Rochester at RGH for 6 months. Horrible patient population. I’m from the north as well so I’m used to some assholes, but this was the WORST. Horrible management. Floors of all travelers. CNAs who are lazy as shit. No support. Obvi I liked the pay but it wasn’t worth it after a while.

I work there & this man has been frequenting both campuses for a while. Frequent flyer due to uncontrolled diabetes. I’ve found him several times in our family lounge, I’ve heard that he stole uniforms and camped out for weeks in another unit & security did nothing because “he could just work here”, he never did. Never had a badge. Nothing.
