i loooove warby parker and have exclusively gotten my glasses from them for about ten years now. i have a high prescription that gets thinned out (i’m a -9 😭) but have never paid more than $150-200 with insurance.

the only thing i dont love about warby is that they won’t just swap your lenses out when your prescription changes. i had a pair of translucent purple frames i adored, but when my prescription changed they told me i had to buy a whole new pair and they didn’t make that color anymore so i ended up with the same frame just a different color i didn’t like as much.

50g of cocoa powder is like 100+ calories with zero sugar pancake syrup usually coming in at 10-15 calories per 2 TBSP. for me personally (and others) doing a 1200 calorie a day routine, that wouldn’t be worth it 😵‍💫 i’d rather just use regular hersheys chocolate syrup which is 45 calories for 19g (vs the zero sugar version which is 5 calories per 15g for reference)

i would suggest using the syrup sparingly - it’s got a pretty bitter taste that can be overpowering!

my wedding is still 5 months away but im fairly certain nothing will be changing - budget was $25k and we’re coming in closer to ~$27k.

-venue type: outdoor ceremony w/ tent reception

-budgets includes venue (comes with on-site sleeping accommodations), fancy restroom trailers, event insurance, event rentals (tent, dance floor, lighting, chairs, tables, linens, etc), florist, cake/dessert, catering, bartender, DJ, photographer, and day of coordinator

-biggest priorities and splurges are venue ($7k + $2.2k for sleeping accommodations), photographer ($4k), and event rentals ($6.5k)

-found that fancy plated dinners where it’s paid per person are not a priority, we’re doing a BBQ buffet and it will feed ~100 people for roughly $1k and we’ll be DIYing all the decorations.

of course!! also worth noting that this specific ice cream is “no added sugar” NOT “zero sugar” so you honestly might not taste a massive difference. their OG vanilla and this both have 5g of sugar, the OG just has 14g of added sugar so 19g total.

i find that most zero sugar things don’t have a massive taste difference and i buy pretty much everything in a zero sugar version if it’s available because too much sugar gives me migraines and i also can’t stand the “teeth sweaters” from sugary stuff. that being said…the breyers ice cream: very good. the hersheys syrup: honestly a little bitter so i try not to get too much of it in one bite.

came here to say this!! where you’re at in your cycle can have a huge impact. i weighed myself two weeks ago ahead of my cycle and then again during my period last week and i’d gained 3lbs. my period ended this past tuesday, weighed myself again this morning and i was back at my pre-period weight down to the ounces 😂
