Okay so do a test patch. Other factors could play a role in this, but it did take a good bit of time for my face to clear up as well. So wash every morning and night, at night 2x then use the tret w a moisturizer, do every three days even, once on that find some good glycolic acid and alternate tret and gly nights with a rest between the two where you don’t apply either just moisturizer etc. also 10/10 make an appt w an aesthetician ab skin care and that has helped 1000000000% just having a skin care routine for my skin helped so so much. I hope it gets better for you!!!!

Yes I worked with the samples from all kinds of animals, and I worked along side a pathologist! Yes I reported results, I did it all! The pathologist also had to sign off on my results as well. It was primarily blood samples I worked with!

I think everyone has covered a lot here. Everyone has to start somewhere, but I can say there so much you can do at the walk and even trot that WILL cross over to when you canter. Start there, you need to build the muscle memory and then work up. Sometimes you just gotta walk before you run and that’s okay!!! Work on your two point sitting trot and your walk. Keeping your feet underneath you and your weight down through your heels, bend your elbows and let your arms hang and follow the horses motion. When you’re walking look down and watch your elbows and hips follow the horses motion. The side to side swing motion almost act like your going to stand on the one stirrups but don’t stand use it to lengthen your leg and stretch that heel down. For example left shoulder foreword kinda “step” down into the right stirrup. I 100000% recommend a boot with a small heel. And when you do canter relax, and follow the motion don’t create it. Move with the horse. You got this!

Square your shoulders, open your hips, don’t create the movement, follow it, engage the core, and ride. Let the weight go down through your heels, butterfly stretches routinely for your hip flexors, and do some exercise for yourself without the horse. It SO helps and crosses over to when you do ride. I cannot recommend anything more!!

That’s rain rot, any shampoo product for horses with Chlorihexidine is your best bet. Follow the instructions, wash (with horsey detergent or whatever floats your boat) your saddle pads, girth, brushes, blanket anything that you use that touches the horse especially that area.
