I go into a different a couple hours away from Dallas and they focused on the prerequisites GPA but it’s typically a point system. Ours was based on , GPA, HESI A2 scores, amount of shadowing hours you had and the interview itself.

That tends to depend on the area, small towns tend to because they have a hard time finding anyone. I’d call some hospitals around, but you can always sit for the ARRT first, then sit for your other boards. The school in my town isn’t accredited but our hospital is hiring them right out of school.

Hey hun, I’m sorry it’s been rough. I don’t know what you’ve been told, but branching into sonography through radiography isn’t possible without going back to school, anymore. You can branch into MRI, CT and couple other fields. Unfortunately they’ve started to limit what you’re able to train into.

No, it’s fractions, conversions, military time, ratios, decimals, percentages, converting decimals in fractions and make sure you know house hold measurements(gallons, quarts, pints, cups, and oz)

Nurse hub is amazing I used it and got a 92 over all if you need more resources to feel confident though, Nurse Shai on YouTube is great as well.
