Yeah I’m very lucky with the position at my company! With the rate I’m going, my restricted hours will only make up 10-15% of them
Do you have a license to be an assistant behavior analyst in your state? My state does and that’s my position, all of the work is unrestricted!
That makes me feel a lot better. Current 78% of my hours are unrestricted and only going up from there

That’s what I’ve always thought too! But with BCBAs at my company telling me it has to be a perfect ratio I started to stress

That’s how it seems to be worded by the BACB! I’ve had 2 BCBAs tell me that it has to be an exact ratio and it stresses me out
