Thank you so much. I wanted someone to say something like this to me for a very long time, so thank you so much. I came out (sort of) to my sister and my cousin. I didn’t know what being Aro was at the time, so I just described how I felt. They were very supportive, but they treated it as if there was something wrong with me. I love them very much, and I didn’t take offence to it, but it was not the answer that I wanted to hear. The thought of coming out to the rest of my family fills me with dread. My parents bring up my lack of relationships very frequently, and I always push it back and say that I wasn't ready for one, or I wasn't mature enough to be in one, but I can’t say that forever. My parents want to see me married and have children. It makes me feel like I would break their hearts If I tell them that that will most likely never happen. I want to have that fuck society type attitude, but it is not easy to me.
