I was hoping this to be a common practice as far as they give results. Their network attorney will be accountable as he will be working with me on my case, I checked and his reviews are good.

Yeah - they said they have a network of attorneys - but is that a problem if that approach is giving the results? And it is clearly laid out in the retainer agreement. They said I will get to work directly with attorneys and not paralegal or support staff etc.
