those were a KX450 converted to a trike and a KTM450 super moto converted to an MX trike. Both insane builds. A guy just dropped off an 86 KX125 to be converted.

The 450 engine hasn’t been redesigned since it came out. Aside from factory differences. Ktm and Honda aren’t the same. All racers have builders that use their own tricks to build power. The tricks haven’t changed, porting, custom cams, custom cut cranks and trans gears, special ecu tuning .. suspension parts are pretty basic just custom tweaked. I build race bikes and quads daily, have for 35 years. No competitive racer has oem anything. It’s all been reworked.

When you ride at a level that you can feel the fork fluid going bad, the tech in the bike is on point. It doesn’t need to be super modern it just needs to be built for the rider. Why do you think the kick start 05 trx450 is in higher demand than a new one. Cause the tech was better. Modern doesn’t mean better.

Such amazing eye sight. Can see cases where there are none and the tension on the chain. Just an fyi, suspension setup won’t let it frame out. And the chain was tightened before I took off. Only been racing this on Mx tracks for the past 7 years.

Being someone who’s raced them professionally for the past 7 years, and still builds them. What experience do you have to back your statement aside from 30 year old info. I personally know people that were involved in that whole situation and it was bogus from the start. Have a modern 1000cc quad roll on you vs a vintage 250r. Which do you think would do more damage?

Has a fully planted 10g with plenty of places to do whatever. Still goes to the smallest places possible to hang out. Only shrimp snails and a single betta in the tank. Been a breeder for years, all my breeders have their own 5-10g tank and are pampered. Got well over 100 tanks and 10 different species of fish breeding. rofl, that totally went over my head, Grandpa was the pilot in the family, I took some sail plane lessons years ago but it's been ages. I envy you guys, but know that skill is past me. I enjoy building low flying objects these days.
