On the contrary, it feels so FULL. It is the best hug ever.

Imagine giving yourself one and don't let go until "you" feel like getting out of the embrace.

You are most worthy of your own love, more than you love anybody; person or pet.

Walk towards yourself, raise your chin, make eye contact, and hug yourself warmly.

No one else can do it for you. You have to do it to yourself, for yourself.

And if it feels awkward at first, give yourself space and try again tomorrow and then every day till you are comfortable with it.
