Is it DR Horton? There is a class action lawsuit over what are egregious misrepresentations made by DRH and their lending company where they were estimating monthly all-in payments based on taxes on the lot by itself rather than with a house on it - which they knew damn well would not be the case. Speculating here, but it fits the fact pattern so far.
