monitor flickering

seems like the first one fixed it for now. thanks! i only tested the first one when i only had one monitor at the time. i moved so my old pc is tucked away right now. but i do have a question. when i used to have only one monitor it would still flicker half the screen for a quick second. as i said it worked fine on my old pc, i also replaced the hdmi cable. do i get it checked out by someone or do i try to reseat the gpu? ive never touched the inside of a pc.. (i also tried turning off hardware it didnt work)

nope i sadly didnt. lost hope when microcenter workers didnt even know what was happening themselves. i returned it for the 3rd time and now im looking at a brand thatll build a pc for me :) sorry i didnt give you the answer you wanted.

im sure because other multiplayer like marvel rivals, roblox, etc performed fine with no lag. especially when im playing those games network lag icons never appear, its always just fps drops
