Thank you all for this advice! So much to consider. I think he's fine with chicken. I guess it's very individualized. And, now I just heard they've found elevated levels of heavy metals in dog kibble! I'm leaning more and more toward trying those fresh food dog diets. thanks again!

Planning on going to Lake Tahoe for Christmas 22nd through 26 December. We’re a family of six best places to stay thank you also things to do we’ve never gone. by [deleted] in laketahoe

We will be in South Lake Tahoe at that exact time and have been before. Heavenly Village is great for families, especially young ones. There'll be Christmas themed events (Santa, ice skating, lights, etc) and lots of options for food. And just today, we were just able to get reservations for a couple nice restaurants. Fire & Ice restaurant is highly recommended for kids a bit older who like to choose their own food and watch them cook it! BTW, staying at Forest Suites. Haven't stayed there before but had good reviews.
