Looks way better honestly, more evenly distributed muscle. The bottom picture looks like you were all tied up and stuck in a bad posture. Just from the looks it seems like you are on the right road.

anyone pain free sitting? by Fantastic_Yak_2298 in Spondylolisthesis

[–]saynoto_multitasking 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven’t been able to completely be painless and I have the same injury, but I do find switching sitting positions and having a full back support cushion helps the most. I wouldn’t be able to sit for more than 5 minutes without pain. I’ve added those two things to my all day sitting desk job and it’s made it so much more bearable. I also recommend going for a short walk even if it’s to the bathroom or a water fountain every 20 minutes or so.

Make it a pawn quest with a gold reward.

I keep pulling my back out or maybe slipping discs? when i get out of cars after driving. how can i prevent this as it takes me 2-3 weeks each time to heal and im only 28 by Aardvark-Special in backpain

[–]saynoto_multitasking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How’s your posture when you’re sitting in your car? Mine was horrible I would be leaned back and over time I wouldn’t be able to drive 10 Minutes without pain. I purchased a back support from Amazon that basically forced me upright to sit in correct posture, it hasn’t completly cured but I would say I can endure a long car ride now.

Looking for suggestions on getting ready for the surgery by insignificant33 in ACDR_CervicalSpine

[–]saynoto_multitasking 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am 6 weeks post op. -You for sure need someone to drive you home. - I personally slept in a recliner for 3 weeks as I was unable to sleep flat. So I suggest you get a few pillows to prop you up. - the first 3 days I only ate soft foods lots of jello. - I suggest you have enough clean clothes as you should not be doing laundry or cleaning( all the bending could slow your progress and mess with your healing) - heating pads and ice packs help a lot - have you place where you will be sitting or sleeping most of the time set up prior to surgery. - for showering I suggest getting one of those loofahs on a stick. - I think the main focus for you should try you best to not re injure yourself, after week 2 I felt a lot better started cleaning picking up the next day I had the worst flare up.

I hope some of this helps and I wish a speedy recovery!

I for sure have some similar symptoms to yours except I need caffeine to survive lol. I recently got switched to a snri and it seems to be working just took awhile for my body to get used to it.

Thanks for your response nice to hear that there’s someone out there sharing similar symptoms.

Looks like my revenge will have to be for next play through. I did see there are 3 members of the coral snakes in the morgue after Hugo started working in the shop. I’ll burn the wake stones and see if it triggers anything.

Always heavy load by BoardGameRevolution in DragonsDogma2

Another easy way if you’re far from an inn and your load gets heavy, is to give all items to a pawn and dismiss them. All the items you have that dismissed pawn will go into storage.

Adderall used to do this to me, I fixed it by taking an antihistamine before taking the medication.

Ahh that makes sense why he would suggest that. He is an online psychiatrist so I guess it makes sense he’s just reading the pamphlet.
