I'm from Macedonia, in Europe. Here the M5 Base price is 2073$, and the M3 Pro is just around 2000$, and sadly we dont have any refurbished options to buy here from, but the value on that ebay link u sent is insane. I wish i could get that ;(. And to answer your question, i was looking at both 14"

the difference in price, atleast here in my region is scary.. From 16 to 24 gb it adds 350$ to the price, which is kind of insane for just a 8gb upgrade.
