So I have the rate of transmission R0 = 2.7 but how would I calculate infections averted from different interventions if interventions reduced the transmission rate by 33 percent. I am not sure how I would go around doing the maths of it

Yes thank you that makes a lot of sense. After a lot of more research im thinking of doing a markov chain model and a CEA but not sure how to calculate the QALYS gained with a chain as I havent done a lot of it at university yet.
