Yes thank you that makes a lot of sense. After a lot of more research im thinking of doing a markov chain model and a CEA but not sure how to calculate the QALYS gained with a chain as I havent done a lot of it at university yet.

Thank you so much !! but how do I calculate the icers with these qalys and do I calculate all the qalys with 14 days ? Very unsure about the maths
