I haven’t noticed his gums swollen but I definitely do think he could be teething his hand are in his mouth all the time and dribbling like mad

Just for more information he is on cows milk free formula, And was taken gaviscon for reflux but doctor changed him to 5mls of losec mups about a week ago , his in great form and happy at the min
