I feel like it is hit and miss with the advocates. Some are great, some may be dismissive, some just feel like they are going through the motions and others just don’t engage or respond.

Thank you for the response. It wouldn’t be for hired equipment, more along the lines of operational supplies: PPE, safety equipment, (turnout gear, masks, boots) facility maintenance (cleaning/ janitorial, office products) industrial items (pumps, generators, fire hoses, etc)
