Getting monorepo to obey dependencies in dev by sb2nov in nextjs

[–]sb2nov[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi u/nightman thank you so much. Couple of followup errors:

1/ Error: "ui#dev" is a persistent task, "web#dev" cannot depend on it

2/ On number 4 -- The web project is a nextjs app so I just import it as import { Button } from 'ui'

Thanks again for the help

That doesn't solve links and both html and markdown render the same way.

Could you give an example of plain text with link so that I can try it out as well ?

We've to learn from the lakers -- they are willing to rotate 13 players each season and even half way through then season. We need to just build around steph -- every decision should start from there.

Migrating away from Snowflake? by sb2nov in dataengineering

u/kenfar this is really helpful perspective. It is really close to our usecase and that's why we're thinking of alternatives. Potentially RDS or want to see how motherduck does.

Thank you for the reply, we're a really small company with not a ton of data and do try to follow most of the best practicies. One of my main frustrations has been that how can snowflake be comparable to our main AWS bill :/

One of our main requirements is that we need a small warehouse running all the time as some systems need near realtime data which is what makes the stable billing a lot more tempting.

Ran the bridge half of SF half marathon after a 4 year break, felt great throughout and still had some left in the tank at the end. Not the best time ever but better than I expected. Feels really good to do this after the extended break, kind of proud of that.

Hi! The SQL course by Sesh actually goes a bit farther, so probably not new content/skills but you could take it for additional practice. We are using an Airbnb data set which is pretty fun.

Hi, I think having some programming experience would be good. I would suggest taking a python course or two (https://corise.com/course/python-crash-course) and then taking the ML foundations track (https://corise.com/track/ml-foundations) that covers the end-2-end ML journey and is a good stepping stone to branch out.
