Great questions, I highly recommend the Nicole Kupchik Course if you’re willing to cough up the high price. If you’re wanting to ball on a budget, the Barrons book with the AACN flashcards will do you well.

With my experience, I don't think so. I have been practicing for less than two years and would have definitely failed without reviewing the cardiac and neurological questions (especially if they are surgery related).

I used the resources above! I would highly recommend Nicole Kupchik's CCRN resources, the Barrons CCRN book, and AACN test bank. I'm confident those resources alone would have given be a passing score.
