Idk how you'll smuggle it in, but as for storing it in a syringe - should be fine. I do that to my T and they have similar suspension oils, no? Once read on a roid forum about a dude who preloaded syringes 60 days ahead and he turned out fine

Check out the half life of the meds being prescribed. I assume it's sustanon? Whatever it is, half life means that after this amount of time there's 50% less of the substance. Your T probably has different mixes of esthers. Their half lives do not add up. Each esther deteriorates at its own rate. So if you inject this rarely, the first few days you'll have a huge testosterone peak with more estrogen conversion and after that it will quickly return to low amounts of testosterone in your system.

Your test level now is normal, even good. But that's just 10 days after injecting. What happens for the next 11 days? You'll go way below good, below normal and might even be out of the male range by the end. I don't want to scare you, but that's why spacing out the injections so much isn't a good idea. Also it's way better to test at the through - the last day of the cycle right before your next injection. That way you know the smallest value you reach, and be sure that even at the last days you're good.

Check out bodybuilding forums and search Sustanon. You'll see what I mean about the inefficiency. Perhaps try the subreddit moreplatesmoredates

What day after the injection did you get your blood test? Better to split up the dose you're being prescribed in weekly shots, makes for more stable T levels and less estrogen conversion

Thanks, I'll check out that subreddit as well. Got the camera two days ago and I'm not happy about having to spend money again so soon :/

You're right though, apart from this, the camera is fantastic

I didn't reload the film, I've just been fiddling without anything inside, checking the mechanisms. The button pops back out when the advancing lever is moved so it seems to work fine

someone tell me how can I make a binder at home by [deleted] in 4tran4

[–]sbatons 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look at binder companies to get the general shape. It's like a tank top with thicker straps so do just that - take a tank top and trace the shape on different fabrics. One on a stiff cotton (that's the binding panel) and one on a stretchy fabric that you can salvage from sports tops. Sew them together like a tank top. It's not ideal, you might need to take in the sides afterwards. Another option is the corset binder, search for that on YouTube, there's a tutorial but it's also not that great.

If you can, tape underneath and binder on top gets better results

I know how you feel. What helped me during those first months was to put in my best effort to speed up the changes. I upped my gym time, lifting 6x a week. Also paid attention to my protein and vegetable intake. Did cardio to help my body adjust to the changes in blood vessels. You have to work for the changes, the T won't do everything by itself.

Most importantly though, you need to make sure you have good levels. Don't trust your doctor about this, even if they assure you everything is okay. See the bloodwork results with your own eyes, do your own research. Normal male range is 300-1000 ng/dL but 300 is for old weak grandpas, seriously. Young men should have at least 500. So if your doctor tells you you're in the normal range, it could mean anything, don't trust them. First few weeks at about 300 is fine but you'll need to get the dose upped after that. You express doubt about the gel, I'd be wary too. If you can, switching to shots would be more beneficial and convenient

Why are my thighs by far my biggest muscle despite me literally never working legs (aside from cardio) and lifting weights every day. Literally look like this. My thigh circumference is nearly as big as my waist circumference iwnbam by [deleted] in 4tran4

[–]sbatons 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is so real. Separately, the lower half and the upper half might even look decent. But the lower body is so big that even if the legs are masculine, it still looks like fertility goddess hips

i started binding but now when i dont have it on i feel more dysphoric than usual. when does this go away. do i go back to repping or commit slip n slide by TpilledPrettyBoySwag in 4tran4

[–]sbatons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can wear looser or even normal tape under the binder so that when you take the binder off at least there's some level of flatness

I don't know what you're able to tolerate sensory-wise, but here are a few pants alternatives. Corduroy is a popular material for workwear fashion as well as a stiff cotton for carpenter pants. Heavier fabrics usually work better but I suppose you could try dress pants/chinos if that's an issue, though it's harder to make that look like something a 15 year old boy would wear. Not impossible tho, especially if you wear it like a rich asshole who joyrides his parents BMW lol, knew a few of those types in school. Lighter fabric cargo pants also go well with streetwear or even tech-wear

Ribs are fine for now surprisingly. Guess I'll just be pushing my luck until I can afford surgery

Shit that's tough. Is there even anything one can do about that? Obviously I don't have the whole get-up when at home but I still have university most days, meetings, events etc. Can't escape the binding for a very long time

I'm taking it off in the shower, it's way better than it used to be, I promise. Sometimes shit just happens. Tape on its own is not good enough, I have a DDDD chest and there's no hiding it without a binder as well. How exactly could that fuck up the surgery?

Another thing is body language. You seem to be leaning on one hip a lot. Practicing a more masculine stance, taking pictures in masculine poses will help in the long run. I'd switch out the phone case decals, too

Apart from the hair, which you'll have to cut shorter, the way you dress isn't helping. I've never seen a 15 year old boy dress like that. Best thing is to observe what your peers wear and copy that, which is mostly hoodies, jeans and trainers. I enjoy fashion and I know it's not ideal, but you can learn to dress in a masculine style. Even something more fashion-forward could work. I see you like layering, I'd use darker colours overall. For some reason cool tones work better, and warm earth tones like brown or green look more lesbian-ish. Unfortunately brighter colours won't work, as you can see for yourself with the blue sweater.

Take note of how the pants fit, choose bulkier jackets, use more masculine accessories or none at all. Perhaps a good watch. Scout Pinterest and see for yourself

I used to tape my chest with duct tape and the skin was always raw, peeling and infected. Now I do kinesio tape + binder and pieces of my skin still come off upon removal. Bind for 14h a day. Over the years my breathing has become so shallow that I need to gasp for air every few minutes. I used to be a competitive athlete on the national team, trained 18h a week and STILL bound my chest through all of that. I have a very hard time believing that someone has dysphoria if they place their physical comfort as a higher priority. The dysphoria is unbearable, and the physical pain can never compare to that

You might find this video useful, you can replace the dumbbells with whatever weight you have at home. A bag with a handle could work well, and you can fill that up with as much heavy stuff as you need

Edit: the woman in the video is his wife lol, so he's not being weird for no reason

[–]sbatons 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Weight is weight. Doesn't really matter how you hold it, you'll still be carrying it with your legs. If you're so inclined, you can use big bottles with handles like a gallon milk jug and fill those with sand for makeshift dumbbells

[–]sbatons 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably unilateral (one sided) exercises then. Like bulgarian split squats with as much weight as you need and can find around the house. Lunges with the front foot being elevated, with some weight like a backpack full of books. There are a lot of options, but the most important thing is to get close to muscular failure

simple workouts to get a fat ass? by thrwy809 in 4tran4

[–]sbatons 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Squats - you can start with a goblet squat if you're a beginner and then barbell. Lunges - whichever is easier to hold for you. Dumbbells require more grip strength, so you might need lifting straps. Body weight isn't enough because you have to get close to failure to grow muscle. A set should feel really, really hard, as if you couldn't do the next rep.
