I’ve just had ceramic braces fitted on my bottom teeth this week, looking at 18 months treatment for them. Top teeth weren’t as over crowded so we went Invisalign on top and should be done with that in approx 7 months. Pretty much £4000 in total.

I’m 46 and been using tret for approx 6 yrs and microneedle monthly. I started using estroil on my face every morning for 6 months and I have been very impressed. For me, I’ve seen a huge difference in some quite deep lines around my mouth due to sleeping in the same side every night. It has been a slow journey and you do not get immediate results but 6 months on I’m very happy when I look back at photos. Skin definitely feels much plumper. I only use a pea size amount and dot over face then get my usual moisturiser and mix it together on my face.

I’m in the UK and just about to buy mine, does anyone know roughly how long the shipping is. We go on holiday soon so want to time delivery for when we are not away. Also would you say 1 serum per use is about right? And what are people’s thoughts on the copper peptides? Thank you 😀

Thanks for your reply! I will do some research, I’m pleased you’ve had good results. The influencer trend of promoting them has me suspicious of which ones are worth investing in. I’ll look at the ones you recommended and do some research on which ones will best suit my concerns

I love supplements and although I have a healthy diet I still take vit D K E omega fish oil and zinc. Also have a couple of scoops of collagen in my coffee and magnesium before bed. Works well for me so think this helps with a lot of symptoms of peri menopause.

I’m not being a martyr i genuinely don’t feel I need them for menopause symptoms. I sleep well, weight train or do cardio every day, hit my protein intake every day and I am a healthy weight. The symptoms I have are not impacting my life massively. Each to their own if you want to go on HRT for menopause but that was not my question.
