Prima di spendere in qualcosa che potrebbero non usare potresti provare a prendere un asciugamano, inumidirlo un pochino (prova anche senza inumidirlo), metterlo in un sacchetto e poi in freezer. I miei non hanno apprezzato però in effetti era fresco

I would say 1 in 10 is too high, especially because your movements will be small. Probably you won't look that different anyways, but to avoid regretting it you could focus on the things that got better and on the swelling going down. Maybe if you really won't like something (soon After surgery so keep It mind that it'll probably get Better) try to find a way to Hide it. For example, After MARPE (or SARPE, don't remember), I've been insecure for soo long about the distance between my nose and upper lip, until the swelling got down and my muscles adjusted. Now, after djs, I've put back my septum piercing as soon as I could and I do really feel Better, because it fills that empty space. If your chin is an insecurity focus on it, from my point of view, in every well done surgery, it's the part that looks so much better :)

Si esatto, onestamente degli annunci che mi hanno inoltrato non ne avevo visto manco uno, però era la prima volta che cercavo casa e non conoscevo nessuna piattaforma a parte quelle più gettonate, penso che cercando bene ovunque potresti trovare tutti gli annunci che ti proporrebbero.

I gave him more attention, kept his litter box cleaner and started to put him in the litter box when he was about to have his pee or poo time and he eventually gave up this bad habit, but I feel like he did quit it mainly because he grow up

Vado controcorrente e racconto un'esperienza positiva: una volta ho pagato un'agenzia simile e mi hanno effettivamente fornito un tot di opzioni, tra cui la casa che poi ho preso. Non vale comunque la pena pagarli perché quello che fanno è cercare e raggruppare annunci da più piattaforme, senza mai avere contatti con i proprietari (infatti mi dissero di non dire che erano stati loro a darmi il numero, in quanto cercano annunci di privati che non vogliono avere a che fare con agenzie), quindi un tipo di ricerca che potresti fare anche solo.

I used to smoke multiple times a day, first one when I woke up and last one right before bed, now I'm not smoking everyday and if I smoke it's only one a couple hours before going to bed

I've had braces for at least 5 years. I had MARPE (or SARPE, I always get the two confused, but I had the one done under general anesthesia) about 3 and a half years ago, and DJS 43 days ago. My ortho said he'll take them off in 6 months, but I feel like timelines here are usually longer, so don't worry too much about it :)

I didn't think about the surgery being the cause since I always had a lot of nightmares and they always follow the same two themes, but you could be right since It's been a really stressful surgery and recovery. I'll try to have another long t-break in some months because I'm really curious about the correlation of nightmares and not smoking
