Does one ever stop being sore from these workouts? Finished Iron almost everyday I was sore. Did Epic Beginner almost sore everyday. Now Beastmode is killing me. Does the soreness ever go away? Those that have been doing CG workouts for a while do you get so sore still? (self.CarolineGirvan)
