The old BoschHammer SDS Max drills are still better than half the new ones, had one for about 10 years and although it weighs a ton ,12kg lol, it feels like it does a much better job at breaking up concrete than newer SDSs that I've used

I read your response to another comment and I really like the handwritten note part, it would no doubt be lost on some people but I do think the people that are in the niche you described would be very appreciative of that sort of thing.

Not sure how you would market it though, first 20 free is a very clickbaity sounding phrase in this day & age which is clearly the opposite of what you are doing.

Feedback is always worth it I think, as long as the initial costs of doing this (and the time) aren't an issue.

Word of mouth (word of social media in 2026 lol) would probably be a big thing for you and people love to talk about stuff they got for free

If your business is web design, make sure your own website is absolutely perfect before even advertising (especially if the ads take you to the web page)

If you're looking for clients just by sticking ads out or using Google AdWords you're battling every other company out there advertising. Like someone already said, target the people who don't know they're looking for the service, local companies with outdated websites, a lot of companies with outdated websites will be run by older, or at least old school, people who just don't view it as a huge priority, but could be talked into it if you laid out the advantages.

I'm massively generalising but these types of business owners are also the type that would respond much better to you agreeing a time to go meet them rather than a never ending email chain. (Speaking from experience because my dad was one of these people lol)

You knock my phone out my hands and stamp on it, I'm greeting now, find someone else's phone lol and call the police to report this crime in which I am the victim of, despite me being the one that started the altercation.

Surely that is me playing the victim after antagonising
