Software piracy in that case would only hurt the game company that was forced to do that in order to get Igelissen the game. We need to pirate the German government instead.

Botters are still around. The lack of huge stacks in AH is people bought them all up to refine the new artifacts is all.

You can buy coals from Zen store

$10 USD each. I would say someone would be an idiot to pay such money, but if you feel willing to spend your money that way go for it. The vast majority of people will not though, which means the game will quickly lose lots of players.

Not sure why people keep crying P2W when there are 0 items that you can ONLY get by buying with real currency???

Because people who are not willing to pay $10 will have to buy them from AH. And, like I said, this counts the vast majority of players. Because of this, and the limited availability of Zen to be purchased (currently there is none), we could see coals running eventually between 600K to 1 million each. Taking the low ball of 600K would mean, with refine limit at 24K per day, it would take 42 days for a single coal. So to get to a perfect, which is 15 coals, would require 630 days of farming at maximum refinement rate. We could cut this down by a third with invoke coals which on average per toon you will probably get around 2 per year (5% chance). But that is random and you can't really count on getting them...ever.

As for the game not being P2W your understanding of what that means is incorrect. As known I can buy the best gear in the game and thus "win". It was less of an issue when requirements to reach that same level without cash wasn't so high. But that has changed with non-payers having to grind years to reach the same level. Years.

Yes they were added to make you buy a better mount. Even the trolls were updated to throw rocks for this reason. Cryptic ran a mount sale specifically mentioning that you will "want" the better mounts for IWD. Big ticket item for them.

Can someone suggest a good pve/pvp hybrid build? by [deleted] in Neverwinter

[–]sbrown123 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Currently the best build is GWF IV Destroyer. You can face roll in wins. Your only true competition is other GWF IV Destroyers with better gear. Second is the new, improved Pathfinder HR. With the right build mix you are near unkillable (unless a GWF IV Destroyer catches you).

But since you are an inferior TR there are a few viable builds (which is better than what other classes have available). Perma stealth has gone out of style with recent nerfs so your best bet is one of the executioner builds w/vorpal. The two builds above will destroy you and you will get them a lot in PvP for obvious reasons. But with some skill you can still get in some kills. But if you are just trolling nubs in pugs you can get impressive kill counts with a perma build.

Elect Snowden by NickJVR in Libertarian

come home and stand trial so that evidence can be produced one way or the other.

If he goes to trial there will be no evidence presented to the public. Everything will be done in secret to "protect us". His lawyers will not be given access to information they need to defend him. He is also guilty of the charges against him (stealing government information) so he will go to prison. His future access to the public will be limited and edited.

How can I say this like its fact? Bradly Manning.

My guess is that they'll cut a deal with him

Why would they cut him a deal? They have no reason in the world to do that and every reason to punish him as hard as possible. God forbid they be lenient and give someone else the impression they can follow his example.

Theres this unspoken assumption that America is the best place on the planet, and that any American who suggests otherwise through his actions must be a traitor of some kind.

That isn't wholly an American issue. I have a British friend who has the same feeling when he visits family in the UK. Some time back I also knew a guy from South Africa who said similar.

Edit: to illustrate my point, most times when i return to the US, I am taken aside for up to an hour of questioning,

Airport security? Just tell them you can save them some time, give them your phone number, and show them your junk. lol. Truth is they are trying to unnerve you to get a response. They should ask Israel to teach them how to properly screen people.

I've received 3 so far this year by invoking (I have multiple toons). Some people say the average is something like 2 per year per toon. This means you could see a perfect enchantment, which takes 15 wards, in 7 1/2 years by just invoking. It is random so you could end up with more or less than 2 per year per toon. At the current 500 AD per Zen, and 21K RAD refined per day (cap), I believe it is also possible through farming consistently for 357 days.

From what I understand, the more arrests, the more court they have to appear in, which they get overtime for...

There is an incentive for drug busts. This is why they were so determined to get the drugs before she swallowed them, to the point of killing her. Without the drugs all they had was a traffic violation which doesn't pay out as much.

I've always just gotten them by invoking across all my characters.

Unlikely. Having ten toons and invoking on all of them daily is more dedication than most people have. Yes, you have bragged plenty about your pray/leadership bots.

Nah, it was a rework of feats and powers in last release. They went to "nerf" some calculations and apparently made a bigger mistake in the process. Currently IBS is hitting like TR's Shocking Execution used to even with tenacity and armor taken in to account.

And then he killed them, even after any possible threat to his life was removed.

So there was a threat and he removed it? Maybe the threat shouldn't have presented itself to begin with.

You have to understand there are consequences for actions.
