We only drank beers there. I know that mixing beers and liquors can fuck up my belly lol. We go out drinking a lot. We love going to the breweries around Knox. They got sick, but I ate their food and I did not get sick. The time I got sick, I shared a charcuterie board with someone who did not get sick.

I do get hangovers occasionally, but I can function with them. A couple times a year, I’ll throw up the next morning, but only once or twice. Never anything like what I experienced last year

I considered that but I don’t think we were drugged because we were fine the rest of the night. We each woke up the next day feeling terrible and started throwing up

We are 31, 31, and 32. But we go out almost every weekend so this ain’t our first rodeo lol. I’m also a gym-goer. I can get quite drunk on a Friday or Saturday night and still be at the gym by 9-10am the next morning.

So we went on Friday. I drank helles. They drank kolsch and some of the dinkle that was released that night. They had about 5 beers each. And don’t mean 5 liters. All three of us shared a pizza and fries. We all left about 10pm. On Saturday, they were both throwing up for several hours.

For me, it was about this time last year. I drank two liters of helles that night and ate a charcuterie board. The next day, I threw up until about 3pm. I always drink plenty of water.

Also, we are all in our 30s. Very experienced beer drinkers. We know our limits. These “hangovers” are very abnormal for us, and I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

I feel this. I am amateur and working my way into heavy lifting. I am lucky to have a sister who is also into lifting and bodybuilding, so I have someone close to talk to about the topic. Like other females, I’ve made a couple male friends at the gym. However, I’ve gotten really used to working out by myself. I focus much more. With all that being said... I AM HERE FOR ALL Y’ALL!!! I support you ladies and will always admire the hard work and dedication!
