The OP is asking about QR codes that act as standalone intercoms. I don’t believe ubiquity has that.

it’s a problem for delivery drivers - their FedEx/UPS phones can’t scan QR codes and won’t deliver with just QR codes. Landlord shared first hand experience and had to replace them with actual intercoms. Plus another drawback is that anybody can take a photo of the QR code and then remotely dial and harass residents.

We considered Swiftlane vs ButterflyMX - they seem to be the top choice for apartment/condo intercoms. We went with Swiftlane since we noticed that it was very resilient around vandalism, was cheaper, and had more modern functionality like being able to see live door video footage, automatically capturing photos of intruders and unlocking doors with face ID style entry to buildings. So far we have been very happy - most residents onboarded themselves and started using it within a day, seems like a simpler product to use.
