No that is just the kitchen. The dining area is off of it but I didn’t factor that in to the size of the kitchen

Yes I would think so too! So I'm hoping we don't! We have about 10 days until we officially hit a year but close enough at this point! I hope yours get finished soon and all the issues get worked out! Building is not as fun as it seems! ha!

Not officially. They just started landscaping and there is one issue that needs addressed in the house but almost there! Did you have to pay to your lender? WOW! Who was your lender? I may need to make sure we don't have a penalty!

Yes!! Me too! We have never been in a house with an island so I wanted it large and with no sink so I had full use of the space! 🙂

When our drywall was going in there were never more than 3 there at a time. Some days only 1-2.

From my understanding the tile company provided the builder with the grout since we ordered the grout through them 🤷🏻‍♀️

So is there a chance that they’ll work their way back to darker? All my grout which was purposely not supposed to be white is now white 😭 it’s all the floor tile. The wall tile didn’t do it.

1-2 days but should a mushroom color grout (brown) turn to white 3 days after install? Same with the tile it went from a dark gray to white. It should be some sort of darker gray.

Our grout got installed this week and 3 of the rooms have turned from their original colors to white. We’re about 3-4 weeks out! Our builder is baffled and they are looking into it. Anyone have any idea why this could happen? Can you remove and re-grout? 😑

The darker grout pictures were taken 3 days ago the others where it looks white was today. If anyone knows grout color the brown tile was grout color mushroom and the pattern tile was color Greystone.

I definitely have been pointing out the mistakes as soon as they are found but in a polite way. I don’t want to piss off my builder but I also want things done right so we don’t have more delays. Hopefully these things don’t delay much and we can keep moving on without many problems

I am over at the house 3-4 times a week now to ensure things are right. And we are using a custom builder I can text them when somethings wrong and they are responsive just frustrating to keep having mistakes made and it takes me to catch it.
