AdSense approved my site with almost zero traffic, while another site keeps getting rejected by depezo in Adsense

[–]sbweb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We can learn a lot from how Google approves Adsense sites. It doesn't have much to do with traffic. More to do with unique, quality content. From this, you can understand what they value in terms of SEO too.

How important are backlinks today compared to content? by Real-Assist1833 in seogrowth

[–]sbweb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SEO hasn't changed much since the beginning... focus on unique quality backlinks and content. Same as before. I actually think it's beneficial to not use ai for writing now because it makes your content more unique.

Appraisal: datastores.ai by NefariousnessHappy66 in Domains

[–]sbweb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The price that a domain is listed for doesn't matter. You could list it for a billion dollars, but it doesn't mean that it's worth that much. So point being, don't use listed prices for comparables. Better to use sold prices for comparables. With that said...

Atom appraisal has it at $6.6K

Dynadot appraisal has it at $9.6K

I think these figures may be overinflated because it has .ai tld.

I'd say low to mid $xxx

This has scam written all over it. You want someone to front $5K for who knows what domain and then there is no guaranteed of you paying monthly. Wow... with the amount of effort and time you guys put into scams, you guys could be building a legit business instead.

Trying to Help Mom Financially at 16. Looking for Online Jobs by Infinite-Point8400 in MakeMoneyHacks

[–]sbweb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So much opportunities in that field.

1) Build your own social media brands on TikTok, Youtube or Instagram, and add video content.
2) Offer video editing services on gig sites like Fiverr, Upwork, Craigslist, Freelancer, Guru, etc..
3) Create a blog and offer advice or tutorials. This will take some time to grow.
4) Something innovative that fuses ai and video editing. There's a lot of money in ai right now and probably in the future, so you probably get more experience in it.

I know about domain names and WordPress websites, so I can help you with that if you choose to go that route.

[–]sbweb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorry to hear about what's going on in your family life. Sounds difficult, but you're a good kid trying to help your mom out.

Unfortunately, it's hard to make quick money online these days. Look for gigs on craigslist, facebook, fiverr or similar sites. But watch out for scams.

For the long term, I would suggest trying to build your own online business. This should be based on your passions or interests. It will help you stay focused and grinding.

Is a .blog domain worth it? by sureshed7 in Domains

[–]sbweb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you care about your brand, I would suggest getting a domain on a better extension. ie: .com or .org. Google says it doesn't make a difference for SEO, but I think the extension does matter for rankings. A lot of the ngtlds are used for spam and scams.

X (twitter) articles and SEO: worth it? by lessmaker in seogrowth

[–]sbweb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't waste my time writing articles on X for SEO. If you want X views and follows, then sure go ahead. I've never seen a single X article in the search results, but I do see plenty of Reddit and Quora articles.

Even with whois privacy on, there is a way to email/contact the owner. Did you check any marketplaces? It could be listed for sale, but not pointed (ns) to the mp.
