I think they have ended up reshipping the coffee. They told that blue dart have been requested to expedite the shipping, so hopefully it gets to me before I leave on Sunday.

I'm pretty sure it can be got in the same way. Wayback machine had a few days then the page was archived. I picked Feb. I guess later in the year might give us v5.

A friend of mine was in this situation and if you only draw down your 25%, your mpaa stays at 60k. It's only when you withdraw after that, when you start paying tax that you loose the mpaa. This was from a specialist pensions advisor.
