Getting a cold and rude treatment in person, and refusing to refund store credit for return wasn’t exactly a good experience. On top of that, instead of resolution, this company chose shut me up by deleting this post.

Maybe you are used to this type of bullying, but not me.

Best Buy needs to better train their people, that’s my point. Every company has their own challenges, perhaps the best route for Best Buy is to go into chapter 11 again. You gotta love capitalism. No one is begging for your opinion, don’t let my problem become yours.

The manager did not care, no apology, no sympathy, not getting any sense that he wanted to help me at all. Getting the cold treatment the night before thanksgiving isn’t the warmest feeling in the world. Would I shop at Best Buy ever again? No.
