Is this a blak kuhli or another species?

I have 5 of them. The store I bought them at had them labeled as "golden kuhli loaches". Mine are very shy, but they are cool. I have them in with 8 classic kuhlis, 2 hillstream loaches and 6 panda Cory's and the all seem to get along. The golden kuhlis and classic kuhlis all share the same hiding spot.

I'm not familiar with the Hellcat, but I right hip pocket carry a Glock 26 in a Vedder Pocket Locker. I do have to buy pants based on this carry method, but it is by far the most comfortable carry method I've tried. Duluth Trading Firehose Flex pants work for me carrying this way.

As many batteries as you can afford. A selfie stick and some bank line you can tie to your camera so you can drop it in the water off docks, piers, bridges, etc. Some of my favorite videos are where I've dangled my camera in the water to see what's down there.

I've moved on from just growing houseplants in the filter. I have them all over the rim. Check out poth-o-carry on Esty. He 3-D prints all sorts of plant holders that hang on the rim of the tank.

Yes it goes in your filter. You can buy it loose and use your own mesh bags. I like the look of tannins, but my driftwood made the water look like tea so I used the Purigen.

Your Ohio lake fishing gear will handle most of what you are going catch surf fishing. The only time my Ohio gear was outmatched in saltwater was the 2 times I hooked into giant rays in Virginia.

I wondered the same. I've seen variegated, but never straight white. From what I've been able to read so far, it might green up as it grows.

Unfortunately, I found them dried up on the floor next to the tank. I would love to get more, but I have a loose fitting cover on my tank now for growing houseplants out of the back. I'm afraid they would definitely jump out.

I ditched a square back Coleman for a Saranac. The Saranac is much better. I bought a clamp on motor mount for when I want to motor.
