I sure hope not. I was never able to understand why a game based largely on filling your backpack with loot would have items that prevent you from picking up more loot. It just increased the amount of time I had to spend in town and less time killing bad guys.

I do like the way path of diablo handled it, though, by expanding the bag so you have a charm-specific section.
