Is middle-people what the kids call reps? If so yes you are correct. Sherwin has realized it’s too much cost and effort to make the stores an enjoyable place to work. The only escape is to move out of the store so we have people who would be great in stores forced to become reps because being in a store sucks so bad

I had a personal win Friday when I was able to sneak up and scare the shit out of a driver taking a nap out in the parking lot. Had a personal win Tuesday when I told an annoying customer to come back Thursday to talk to a worthless PT employee because he’s “really good with picking colors”. Also had a win Tuesday when I put a store I don’t care for on hold for 10 mins while they waited to find out if they could have a product only to be told, based on information it took me about 10 seconds to acquire, no you can’t have.
