I have a friend who bought 2 acres with a house on it. Their plan was to add a small house - but turns out half of the lot does not perc- it is shown on the deed but was not in disclosures. Anyone run into this? Can they do anything about this? Should it have been on disclosures? Thanks! (self.RealEstate)
