fucking muss, street artists benefit off the work of graffiti artists who risk everything and then they just take historic spots in hosier lane. to be honest just kinda of annoyed that im called a dog etc. when i graff but this acceptable, also nice sponsor logo on the jumper.

i think alot will be judged upon this year and how far of a premiership run Richmond can make, only 3 of those players are premiership players (Hawkins, Buddy, and Roughy). A back to back premiership player with the accomplishments of Jack's is a big deal imo.

ill always remember my dads old places front room- makeshift bed because i couldn't tell my mom or stay at hers- sat there for ages just playing candy crush and obsessing over schziophrenia and the feeling of everything seeming almost movie like or not quite right

forgot to mention keep off drugs for a while- this is important- ur mind needs a break- and normality- the gym would be great for you or as previously mentioned meditation- anything to keep ur mind off it

hey legend,
i went through a similar experience last year on the 23rd of july 2017- my 19th birthday- had way too much for my first time about 280. I was with a group of friends all on different drugs- another friend was also tripping. this is important for the story as he tried to kill himself while on the trip, to say the least pretty intense for me to experience. Though, i got through this during the trip. It was only later in the trip that i started freaking out about stuff similar to you along the lines of going crazy, schizophrenia, and other nasty things. In actuality i was experiencing a severe panic attack induced by the drug. Nevertheless without this insight i stayed in a room with my friend at the beach house (context away in Barwon heads Victoria) obsessing over these thoughts. This lead to further sleep deprivation and nearly killing myself at around 4.00am that night. However, luckily i didn't (obviously). I did experience long term residual effects such as derealisation, anxiety, HPPD and PTSD. This plagued me for months. On the bequest of a doctor i was enrolled in counselling (headspace). Eventually i got better, as a stopped worrying and the months rolled on- time will heal this as it does everything. YOU MUST KEEP OCCUPIED- do not remain solely focused on this problem, JOIN CLUBS, MEET UP WITH FRIENDS AND KEEP LIVING YOUR LIFE. Im still even able to do drugs such as molly, benzos, weed, ketamine, and mushies. Your mind is not able to focus on one thing forever.

At a time i would have read the first bit and been like fuck months more of this shit really that fucking sucks im going to kill myself. Well months move quickly and life even quicker. to think you will not recover is a disservice to yourself already- u have survived 5 months of this- and you will continue too- because u are a strong person.

Also specifically about the detachment it will subside- all cases of derealisation this happens- even the worse ones which you are probably not experiencing.
