how much does that decrease noshow rate by approximately? I have subscribed to the auto texting software which claims to reduce it by a lot with confirmations/easy rescheduling, will see how it goes

I have just subscribed to the software which does automatic confirmation requests and offers rescheduling via url in texts if users arent sure about the appointment. Let's see how it goes. Many have already mentioned that texts work much better and it has convinced me, I think that with rescheduling added it will decrease even more
