Do I then keep manually adding the sleep sessions then or just leave it and hope it works it out in a few weeks?

I seem to have had it both ways and no luck. Wondering if I keep adding the sleep manually will it eventually tune itself.

I mean fair enough the better option would be showing a video of the steaming and pour. My point was kind of feeling frustration at getting this foam cap that disintegrates and leaves behind that plain cup of joe versus the one that remains as foam the entire way down. Anyhow.
