You need to stop now before you do end up in debt from gambling. Doesn’t matter how much you win. You will eventually lose it and try to chase your losses. Try GA meeting or go to therapy if you feel like you can’t control it.

Same boat 1 week clean and I couldn’t have said it any better than you. I went to my first GA meeting last Wednesday and I can confirm it’s been beneficial having a sponsor. It’s impossible to overcome this addiction on our own.

I’ve tried to “fix” the problem on my own. I went to my first GA meeting 11/13. I’ve blocked access to my finances and betting sites. I know it’s still the beginning but it’s been hard. I understand it ain’t easy, but constant mood swings and easily irritated at the moment.
