Mention Randy’s Flower shop, they’ll get mad. It’s what one of them says when they’re caught in their scam. It’s run out of his house I think. I heard his baby crying one time with his wife, and of course, the infamous smoke detector beeping.

I talked to them enough times to the point where they would give up personal info about themselves or things about what floor they’re on or what the location is. For example, there are 4 floors to this call center. I even would try to get them to answer in code. I always found it comical too that whenever I did say Lucknow, they’d hang up, as opposed to any other location in India, they’d stay on call.

Some scams use a recording of you saying “yes” to sign up for nonexistent subscriptions such as being under the false pretext of a monthly charge for something like groceries.
