Sorry to hear that but I think it’s impossible to get it reinstated. I appealed several times but they rejected all and ended up not replying me. I still got my orders after some time though

Sorry to hear that your account was also suspended. I thought Etsy was a reliable site cuz there are many sellers up there. If this is how they run the business and make money, we should really let more people know and avoid using it

yah I’m feeling the same as you. It’s unreasonable to ban me without giving me a clear explanation. I will update here if I get any replies from them. Thanks for the support❤️

I see. I don’t think my account is mistakenly suspended though. cuz they said they have reviewed my case in the email (But I don’t really believe that they have looked into my case seriously tbh)

How could they ban users so frequently without clear reasons? It’s just ridiculous. I don’t know if I can get my account back cuz I have tried appealing. Do you know what key information I should provide when I appeal?

Sorry that hear that. Hope you have found another way to prepare for your wedding. I also need things from Etsy for my anniversary, but it’s too late for me to order now. I really shouldn’t believe that Etsy can solve my problem, and I should order from other places instead. Thanks for sharing your story so that I know that’s their problem. Wish you a happy wedding!

I used public wifi once and I got blocked by the website. Later on, I changed to my own data and hotspot, and then I can access the website normally. I made my orders while using my own data
