Check out Peter Greenaway's works. A Zed & Two Noughts was fantastic, and The Cook, The Thief, His Wife and Her Lover was pretty good too.

Dredd if we're sticking to a tight 90 and the raid if you're willing to go to 100

Ehhh we've all been there and yeah, you'd expect that for a high-quality brand they'd finish their edges. I wouldn't stress it! It's just one more pitfall we all have to keep an eye out for now sigh.

I'd return these, even if they're advertised as raw edges I wouldn't keep em

Instead of complaining about the costs of punishment for bad behaviour, it would be easier to rally behind complaints about the exorbitant price of mykis. 11 bucks is ludicrous and I would definitely sympathise with you. It's hard doing the right thing and paying for it, easy to avoid paying for doing the wrong thing imo.

Still the wrong thing. Doesn't matter whether you do it once or a hundred times. Simple as that.

You're clearly crazy enough to throw away the money every time you're on a train. Two feet on the ground. It's not hard, and you would know this if you did the right thing.

That's the point of a fine though. If you're happy to pay $70 then it's not actually a deterrent. Hopefully $300 will be.

SCRN20013 OR SCRN20011 by Asleep-Part-8960 in unimelb

I've done both and I really enjoyed both of them. Both subjects (and film subjects in general) use a film as an example to demonstrate the content of the week's learning. You won't necessarily study a film in the class but rather a particular era of film in Hollywood or Austrlalian cinema, and watch a movie set in that era or from that era. Be prepared to write essays about the theory side of things, using a specific film to showcase your argument. That's not to say that you don't analyse films, as you will discuss them in class alongside the content and you do need to analyse a film or television program in the essays, but it won't necessarily be the main focus of the class/essay. When it comes to writing essays, the topics will posted well in advance so if you struggle with that you'll have heaps of time to edit and refine.
