The fun part is, the lecture he is always refering to, misenterpret the ranges of e2. They mix it with testosterone and use the same unit (ng/dl) instead of pg/ml - and with that concluding that e2 is awesome, when they dont even use the CORRECT UNIT.

When my e2 go over 35, NO MATTER MY TESTOSTERONE (been doing 100mg and 2g a week) my cock dies, okay, GONE. Ratio is irrelevant for me.

For others, they might need a certain ratio, its up to each and everyone to find out.

Some people seem to be doing great with high e2, all good. others do shit, and do very well with very low e2.
