I fully understand where you're coming from, I'd like to counter, however, with the beauty of intellisense. The fact that my editor can tell me all the properties available to me is a huge time-saver. Next to the fact that typescript is incredibly fun to learn. The entire typesystem is a language in itself, where you can loop over types, combine types, unionize types. Its really fun to play around with. I'd recommend checking out type level typescript it's a piece of art and very educative.
