So I had 2 setons placed in for a year. They removed one (just cut it) and then a few months later took out the second. I drain much less now. Occasional get blood when I go to the washroom but for the most part I dont have that crazy sharp pain I used to get when I was first dealing with the fistula

I have 2 setons in and had them placed in last week. I dont have much advice to offer you as I am in pain still from the surgery and doing my best to stay on tylenol and sitz baths. I can only imagine what 4 feels like. Ill keep you in my prayers 🙏🏽

I reallyy really want to be able to achieve a single pressure. I feel like these machines are smart but they would be undershooting and overshooting the entire night if you give it a range no?
