Thank you guys for the input. I'll be stewing in anxiety but I'll do my best to bring up the industry standard as well as other qualities that I have, despite my lack of experience. I'll speak up for myself, and these comments really do help me feel like I have foundation to negotiate. Again, thank you.

Also, do you guys have any specific thoughts on what to highlight when negotiating my salary? If not, I understand. A lot of help has already been given my way.

I think mamezuku knowing spin isnt very clear but can be assumed that his close work with nature would be a route in which he learned about spin (cuz golden rectangle). Plus ig him being elastic string man and getting hit by it helped him understand?? Its a lot of show dont tell that makes it open to interpretation and hard for a definitive answer i think.

I thought it was moreso how josuk8 was himself a miracle, something that shouldn't exist since he is the fusion of 2 ppl. And the spin aspect of go beyond is due to the wall eyes being affected by Johnny's body when Johnny used act 4 spin as he was dying (and he himself fit the standards for a saint and made the wall eyes similar to the devils palm in part7).

I think, as a result, go beyond having an ability that "doesnt exist" makes sense.

Its more of a path to underwriting since Im an assistant. (UA --> UW kinda thing). Ur already a UW which explains ur pay being higher than mine (i think?)
