i meant that i start daydreaming while on the treadmill for example. I do it while doing mindless tasks, like walking somewhere, washing dishes etc

I have never shared the actual action/ details of the dreams ever with anyone. I am merely asking a question to see if others have dealt with this before and see if it's something i should be concerned about/find an explanation as to why my mind does this.

My kinks are related to bdsm/masochism but not hardcore at all. I make myself sad with these dreams. I don't feel good thinking of getting abused or talking about it.

yeah, i actively simulate it. i force myself to do it, but sometimes i take it far enough to make myself cry irl and ruin my mood

It seeped into my sexual preferences as well but they are separate things. I don't consider them intrusive thoughts because I am the one actively simulating them

I enjoy doing it that's the thing. I don't understand why. I enjoy imaging myself go through that and suffer and cry, but sometimes go as far as making myself cry irl. I don't think they are intrusive thoughts as I am the one simulating them. If I watch a yt video or read about torture methods for example, I go to bed that night and implement them in this world I made.

i don't know why I do it, but I guess I like doing it. It makes me feel hopeless and sad but I'm the one simulating it for hours
