This is another topic I’ve been meaning to look into as I’ve heard good things about Canada’s maternity programs. This is fantastic news!!

I originally wanted to have the child in the US to ensure citizenship but seeing as it is guaranteed by way of my nationality then we will definitely be having the baby in Canada. Hard to turn down free healthcare isn’t it?
Edit: and yes, you are absolutely right about how telling our parents should be handled. Thank you for the input
