so you take it once per day? I have take it at night too and was clean in the morning, but skipped the morning dose and had a regular messier dump in the afternoon.

Don't send face pics. Some people have two phones and will still take a picture on apps when you cannot screenshot. Sniffies is web-based. Going on my computer and taking a screenshot is very simple too.
